How Nature effects work
Non-neutral Natures raise one stat by 10% and lower another by 10%. HP is never affected. Neutral Natures do not change stats.
How profile matching works
Matches use the six base stats to estimate attack direction, speed, and bulk lean. They ignore moves, abilities, items, and formats — an exploration tool, not a universal competitive conclusion.

What do Pokémon Natures do?
Most Natures raise one battle stat by 10% and lower another by 10%. Five neutral Natures leave every stat unchanged.
Which Pokémon Nature raises Special Attack?
Modest, Mild, Rash, and Quiet raise Special Attack. Each lowers a different other stat.
Which Nature raises Speed?
Timid, Hasty, Jolly, and Naive raise Speed. Each lowers a different other stat.
Do Natures affect HP?
No. Nature modifiers never change HP.
Are neutral Natures bad?
Neutral Natures do not boost or cut stats. They are useful when you do not want a tradeoff, and they are not ranked on Strong Match boards.
How does the Nature Finder choose matches?
It scores how each Nature’s raised and lowered stats line up with a Pokémon’s base-stat profile. It does not use movesets, abilities, or formats.
