About the service

Favorite Pokemon Picker provides interactive Pokémon selection and ranking tools, browsing pages, optional user accounts, community voting features, and public sharing areas such as the gallery. We may add, change, move, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to consent to the use of online services under the laws of your country or region. Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable use

By publishing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights required to grant this license. We may restrict or remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

Pokémon and all related names, characters, images, and other materials are trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property of their respective owners. This website is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, or their affiliates. Rights holders may contact us with good-faith concerns, and we will review valid requests promptly.

Limitation of liability

Indemnification
