The service

Favorite Pokemon Picker provides interactive Pokémon ranking tools, related browsing pages, optional accounts, community voting features, and publishing surfaces such as a gallery. Features may change, migrate, or retire as we iterate.

Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum digital consent age in your region. Some capabilities require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You will not:

• Break the law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or post unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' data, or supporting infrastructure.
• Disrupt the service with excessive automated traffic, credential stuffing, or resource exhaustion attacks.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, or any other entity.

User-generated content

When you publish charts, polls, titles, descriptions, or comments where supported, you retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the service. You represent you have the rights to grant this license. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Pokémon intellectual property

Pokémon and related names and images are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners. This site is a fan project and is not sponsored or endorsed by the rights holders. If you are a rights holder and have a concern, contact us and we will review good-faith requests promptly.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Limitation of liability

Indemnity
