Email (best for most requests)
Write to [email protected] from an address you check regularly. We use email for account-related issues, bug reports, press, partnerships, and privacy inquiries that need a paper trail.
What to include
- Product area — picker export, gallery, votes, sign-in, or something else.
- Steps to reproduce for bugs, including the page path and roughly what you clicked.
- Browser and device (for example Safari on iPhone, or Firefox on Windows).
- Expectation vs reality in one or two sentences—this removes guesswork.
Response times
We are a small team. Most messages receive a first reply within a few business days. Security or privacy-sensitive reports jump the queue when they are actionable. If you are locked out of an account, say so in the subject line.
