How to Make Your Starter Pokémon Tier List

1

Start with the complete starter roster

Open the maker with all traditional Gen 1–9 base starters already selected. You do not need to build the candidate pool yourself.

2

Quick-rate every starter

Choose S through F for each Pokémon. Skip uncertain choices and leave them in Unranked until you are ready.

3

Fine-tune the tiers

Move starters between tiers, reorder Pokémon within a tier, and rename the labels.

4

Download or share

Export a high-resolution image or create an Unlisted, read-only link that other fans can remix.

Starter Pokémon Tier List FAQ

Which Pokémon are included?
This template includes the traditional Grass-, Fire- and Water-type starter base forms from Generation 1 through Generation 9. It does not include evolutions or special partner Pokémon.
Are Pikachu and Eevee included?
No. This template focuses on the traditional three-starter groups. Special partner Pokémon such as Pikachu and Eevee are not included.
Are starter evolutions included?
No. Only the base-form starter Pokémon are included. Their middle and final evolutions are excluded from this template.
Can I add or remove Pokémon?
Yes. Start from the verified template, then customize the roster in the editor. A customized result may no longer match the complete standard starter template.
Do I have to drag every Pokémon?
No. Quick Rate lets you assign S through F one Pokémon at a time. You can adjust the finished list with drag-and-drop or tap-to-move controls.
What happens when I skip a Pokémon?
Skipped Pokémon remain in the Unranked pool. They are not automatically placed in F Tier.
Is this a competitive Starter Pokémon ranking?
No. This maker creates a personal preference Tier List. It does not rank battle strength, competitive usage or game performance.
Can I share the finished Tier List?
Yes. Download an image or create an Unlisted, read-only result link. Anyone who remixes it receives a separate copy and cannot edit your original. Public and Unlisted share links stay out of search indexes.
Do I need an account?
No account is required to create or download the Tier List. Signing in is only needed for account syncing and longer-term saved work.
